Fall Fling Support Needed

We will hold our 14th Annual Fall Fling Carnival and Silent Auction on Saturday October 14th from 1 pm to 5 pm.

This is our most FUN FUNdraiser of the year. We can NOT do it without your help. We need help with family sponsorships and subcommittees.

Family Sponsorships

Families or individuals may sponsor different events by donating funds to cover the supplies. Please select slots in the Sponsorships SignUpGenius and give a check for your donation to a PTA board member. Thank you for your generous donations!

Please volunteer to help by checking your area(s) of interest on the registration form and submitting it to a PTA board member, send an email to volunteers@maryvalepta.org, or select slots in the Subcommittee SignUpGenius. Thank you for volunteering!

2 Liter Sodas

We need around 200 2 liter sodas for our ring toss. Please leave donated sodas in the PTA room. Thank you!

Generation Z Tutoring

The Generation Z Tutoring Club at Richard Montgomery High School is recruiting students to be tutored during the 2017-2018 school year. Services are free of charge and open to all grade levels.

Students who sign up for tutoring sessions will be paired with an RM student who specializes in that subject area. Tutors can offer help in a wide variety of subjects, including math, grammar, reading, writing, science, social studies, and several foreign languages. On the attached application, parents choose a public library as the location for the sessions, write the times that would best work for them, and list the subject areas their child needs help in. Generation Z has been running successfully for 5 years, and we would love to continue to help younger students succeed.

This letter includes details and a link to the application.
